A woman is accused of trying to kidnap a man who she found on Craigslist.
Investigators say Lara Mountz was on Craigslist back in January of this year when she saw an ad from a man between the ages of 25 and 30 who was 'seeking companionship.' The man, who did not want to be identified, told NBC10 in an exclusive interview that he placed the ad because he was looking for someone to hang out with. He said Mountz agreed to meet him at his Lansdale apartment and go to a local casino with him.
'She showed up to my apartment and we were talking for a couple minutes and I got nervous,' the man said. 'And next thing you know I got a gun pulled from the back of my head.'

Police say Mountz, a man and another woman attempted to kidnap the victim who managed to escape after a short struggle and call 911. At least one of Mountz's accomplices was armed with a knife and gun, police said.
'It's a scary thing. You wouldn't expect to get held up by a female,' the victim said. 'I guess that's what happens. You've got evil people out there.'
Police identified Mountz as one of the suspects and charged her with attempted kidnapping and aggravated assault. Mountz, whose last known address was in the Drexel Hill section of Upper Darby, has allegedly evaded police however and has not turned herself in. She also spoke to NBC10 Wednesday, claiming she knows she's wanted by police but that she didn't do anything wrong.
